Ballbed is known for its innovative approach to handcrafted beds assembled without the use of screws or nails, relying solely on interlocking systems. Seeking to establish an online presence, Ballbed enlisted our expertise to redefine their brand and develop an e-commerce platform that both informed clients and facilitated bed sales. Given the unique nature of their product, we opted for a brand positioning strategy that exuded a friendly and soft vibe, aligning with the brand's ethos of innovation and craftsmanship.

Identity

In reimagining Ballbed's visual identity, the project began with a mission to infuse freshness and vitality into their existing logo. We than curated all necessary collaterals for both online and offline communication channels, aiming to captivate their audience's attention with a renewed brand image. Working closely with the Ballbed team, we helped identify a tone of voice that would authentically resonate with their core values. To revitalize their appearance, we opted for a strategic shift in their previous color palette, trading the former red for a more impactful hue. Complementing this bold choice, we introduced white as a secondary color, striking a delicate balance between approachability and elegance.

Our approach was centered on simplicity and user-friendliness, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Leveraging intuitive design principles, we designed a platform that effortlessly guided users through the browsing and purchasing process. From sleek product displays to streamlined checkout procedures, every element was thought to enhance usability and drive conversions. Additionally, we implemented robust backend functionalities to support inventory management and order processing, empowering Ballbed to efficiently manage their online operations.

Multimedia

In addition to the e-commerce platform, we introduced an innovative feature: 3D bed models that allow users to explore each product from every angle, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its structure and design. By implementing cutting-edge technology, we ensured that customers could visualize the beds with clarity and precision, fostering confidence in their purchasing decisions. We also introduced a charming mascot to accompany Ballbed's brand identity and communication. Inspired by the design elements of the beds themselves, we began with the humble tennis ball—an integral component of the bed's aesthetic. From there, we brought this mascot to life, infusing it with personality and charm. This lovable character serves as a playful representation of the brand, adding a touch of whimsy to the overall experience and fostering a deeper connection with customers.
